Shipping policy

Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states + Washington, DC). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is US$4.99. Orders of US$35 or more ship free.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually arrive in 7–20 business days. Weekends, holidays and carrier delays aren't counted.

How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to update.

What if my package doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
